Hi Guys,

I'm on my way 2 my first SW class as we speak.. At my biggest I was 12st 12lb - went down to 9st 2lb on lipotrim last year but gradually put some on over the past 7 months...
So I'm joining SW to lose the last couple of stone - my weight this morning was 10st 12lb (I'm sure it will be heavier this evening at the class due to water, food etc I've had throughout the day)

Any advice you can give me would be fab!!!

I'll update my start weight after the class x
 
Ok I'm such a blond the class is on Tuesdays not Wednesday - so I will be joining next week.
My goal is 9st

Can anyone give me advice on what foods your allowed etc so I can have a kick start from now until Tuesday?

I've set mine at 9st 13 for now. Brings me into a healthy bmi and I hope comfortably a size 12. Will see when I get there whether it needs moving. Not been slim in a lot of years so no idea how it will look x
 
Hello! I remember you from the VLCD parts of the forum :) I started on Monday and have found planning is very good to stay on track! Good luck with your journey!

How much are u wanting to lose - I'm looking forward 2 it - can't go through vlcd again lol x
 
I am 14.2 and a half at the moment :( got down to 12 and a half on CD but really struggled! I'm still a stone and half lighter than when I started off though so not too bad!! Want to get down to 10 stone at least so a long way to go!
 
I've had a look at the SW extra easy instructions - here is my menu for today (please tell me if I'm doing anything wrong)

B - Fruit and natural yogurt
L - 2 poached eggs and mushrooms
D - Chicken breast, veg and bisto gravy
 
Looks fine as long as your nat yoghurt is fat free and you remember to syn your gravy x
