hi, i started to do exante the other week but only made it to day 5 for various reasons, but i think a low calorie diet is the way to go. I have bought some low carb food and have made a barbecue chicken, ham and cheese wrap that has 300 calories, 12g fat, 45g protein and 5g of carbs is that good ? have also made a pork, ham and apple wrap that is similar. I am also going to start doing this workout dvd i have bought called rip 60 has anybody ever done it, il be doing before and after pictures every week for the 8 week workout course and hopefully will be able to see a difference by the 8th week, i have also got more items due to a mess up by my seller so have put them on ebay, if you want the link just ask, look forward to monday.
