I think Im being a little naughty with the way that I work out syns. I dont eat anything with syns. But will have a bite of something syn packed like birthday cake or a few jelly sweets, but not work out the syns because what I had coundnt have been more then 15. So maybe Im cheating.I should keep a record of what Im eating again, to stay on track.
Im worried that my weight loss will stop soon, last year when I lost some weight I reached 9st 7lb, it got hard to lose weight, I got fed up and put it all back on again! What ever happens I just have to keep going and it will happen.
Thanks again you really know your stuff, I am a bit boated atm, so Im going to try drinking more water & less snacking. Fingers cross for monday
