well hello everyone, I have been trying to lose weight for months now and dont seem to be getting anywhere..
I am about 5ft 2 and weigh around ten and a half stone, since havin my little one, i eat healthy and excercise regularly but the weigh isnt shifting..??
I am not good at following diets but i think i eat well for example today i have had -
Breakfast - 1 slice wholegrain toast, an hour later i had a bowl of cheerios with skimmed milk.
Lunch - omelette with 2 egg whites 1yolk, onions and chilli's, cup of green tea
dinner - chicken breast with salad
I drink plenty of water thru the day also, i either will go to the gym or do half hour excerise in the house on cross trainer.
I dont know what am doing wrong? any help or advice welcome..
