Is that 2 dairylea dunkers you can have? Or just the 1?

I thought you could only have 3 dairylea light triangles, woooooo! I love them!

Not the dunkers Summerrose, its the dunkpots, dunkers are between 4 and 6 syns each

Thanks for that losingme, maybe I'll avoid the Special K too!
I always have a chopped banana and fat free fromage frais, but add the Alpen to make breakfast more substantial (to get the metabolism going) and to use up a HexB, otherwise I find it hard to have enough in the day.
I might look for some Julian Graves high fibre muesli off the new list!
