new and lots to loose. advice needed

#2
You could check the national health service site, it tells you your BMI. When I started dieting I used it and kept putting in different weights until I found the one that gave me the BMI I wanted and I used that as my ideal weight. Otherwise you could just keep losing until you feel happy with yourself. There really is no ideal weight, but a healthy BMI for most people is under 25. Whatever weight you aim for the best of luck with it.
