I am totally new to this here i go- i was wondering if anyone could give me some useful tips on starting this new diet i am set to start on monday after this weekends final blow out- only problem is in three weeks i have planned to go to ireland for the day- where i will be drinking (and it wont be water!!) three weeks after that its my birthday and i am going away for the weekend again!!!- i am going to start on the three shakes a day diet but im wondering how much my night out in ireland is going to hamper my weight loss? just wondering if anyne else has the odd night off every now and then and how it effects them? thank you
