Hi i'm not new to the forum but i've just started LCing after spending many months calorie counting and trying to do Slimming world bymyself.
The diets would have worked i think if i could actually stick to them but i felt like i was starving all the time! I was kind of avoiding low carb
because i thought it was too hard but after spending a whole month (that's a long time for me) on 1500 calories and exercising my but off
to no avail i decided to give it a go. I also have pcos and didn't think the unlimited amount of carbs you can eat on slimming world was a
good idea for me.
I'm on day three and it's going well but i'm not following any particular plan but theres so much conflicting info on the net about what is
low carb and what isn't i was wondering which of the low carb plans is easiest to follow, I'm used to eating a lot of fruit and veg. Or if
you don't follow a plan how do you know what's safe to eat?
