Hello there, I've been lurking on these forums for the last week as I have recently restarted on atkins after a few years 'break'.

I have the 2002 edition of the book, and I have been on induction for nearly a week before I realised that there is a new version!

I have ordered it tonight from amazon so I will be reading it myself within the week, but I was wondering if anybody could tell me what the difference is between the books.... I am already a week into induction, and I want to make sure I have all the relevent information possible. Slightly concerned that my 14 day induction period will be nearly over before the book actually arrives!

I'm very disapointed that there isn't a uk kindle edition available or I would be reading it tonight! :sigh:

Thanks for any info you guys can give me :wave_cry:

I shouldn't worry too much, I think the main difference is that the new version recommends more veggies (green leafy veg) than the old version. If you've been following the induction correctly from the old book you will be fine. :)

ah well, I used the original '72 version and that was the strictest I think :)
