New beginning starts today :)

Hi everyone, well having thought i knew roughly what i weighed had a slight shock when i weighed myself this morning omg a stone and a half more then i realised :cry: But now i know i think its going to help me in the next few weeks to get that off before embarking onto shifting the rest. Im doing the exant diet the thought of being on it for so long is scary i have so many lbs to lose that im hoping that i can do this theres no other weigh i have to for the sake of my health and family let alone my sanity. I have struggled all my life with my weight and this that this time its going to be different i'd love to be small but im just going to take it week by week and see how it goes Im looking to lose 2lbs a week anything more will make be happy but by having small goals im hopeful to please myself at each weigh in and not disappoint, I think in the past i have lost hope due to wanting to lose all the weight in one go which just isnt realistic.

I have now decided to have 2 shakes and a very low cal dinner, having thought long and hard all day thought i have a better chance of success if i allow myself to have something to eat in the evenings alot easier due to hubby moaning lol.

For dinner tonight i had 4 crispbreads, half a small tin of tuna and some celery and cucumber sticks I dont think this is bad and I feel happier now as its going to be along journey.
Also did 45mins on the wii fit a great 1st day :)

I hope you do OK on Exante, You mentioned scared....i haven't done it and the thing freaks me out! lol.

Fair play to you if you can do it, its not easy if you have commitments , partener, children, work.

Im very lucky to have enough time to exercise, and only think of my own meals and have empty cupboards lol.

Which is your wiegh day, we have a little group that wieghs on Mondays.

I use to wiegh fridays and then got the tip about a Monday and it helped me no end. You know the weekend is the last chance work out and its the days people are usually free to roam the cupboards and have a few vinos;)

My weigh in day is thursday but I might join you for a mid week weigh in on mondays to it might help as you say with the weekend and the thought of falling off the wagon whilst the kids and hubby are about lol.
Ive started doing my wii fit routine every day now for atleast half a hour hoping to step it up to a hour in the near future or like yesterday do it twice a day every little helps.
could you post a link to the monday weigh in post for me to join :)

All you do is wiegh and them post it here or when you pop over to rose or me or gem then add it in your reply.:D

Have a quick scan through my thread you will see bright red blocks in top left corner of each wiegh day.:)
