Hi everyone, well having thought i knew roughly what i weighed had a slight shock when i weighed myself this morning omg a stone and a half more then i realised :cry: But now i know i think its going to help me in the next few weeks to get that off before embarking onto shifting the rest. Im doing the exant diet the thought of being on it for so long is scary i have so many lbs to lose that im hoping that i can do this theres no other weigh i have to for the sake of my health and family let alone my sanity. I have struggled all my life with my weight and this that this time its going to be different i'd love to be small but im just going to take it week by week and see how it goes Im looking to lose 2lbs a week anything more will make be happy but by having small goals im hopeful to please myself at each weigh in and not disappoint, I think in the past i have lost hope due to wanting to lose all the weight in one go which just isnt realistic.
