I don't have that much to lose but I lose slowly. So can I say 12 lbs by Christmas to put me at goal weight of 9st (I may go lower yet depending on how I feel here) and also maintained (up to 5lbs above gold weight so I still don't pay at meetings) for 3 months for my goal?

That makes a mouthful, can someone add me so I make some sense? lol I can't think of a short way to add it to the list?

You have exactly the same start weight as me ! how quickly did it come off for you ?

Hard work and determination. Loads of veg and lots of walking. Beginning to falter a little at the moment but that's partly because I'm in France and in company. Kept control of the food and the walking- it's the wine when we are in company!
