I think i may have to change my goal weight, i found some photos of me when i was the weight i've set my goal for and i didn't look very well.

We shall see. I'm only 5ft2 so 9st11 shouldn't look stupid but i'm really broad on the shoulders and hips :s

My ultimate goal is WW 's which is 9st 9 lbs. A few years ago I went way below that goal and I looked awful. Didn't feel sexy etc my Christmas goal is half stone extra than my goal so I can have a great time at Christmas and still be at goal.

I lost 1lb this week so could Someone please update me that takes me to 34lb to lose by Christmas I really hope that I can do it I find the summer really hard as we have alot of BBQ's and I have the 4 kids home for the 6 weeks holiday's it bad enough at the weekends I like it when there at school as I tend not to eat to much as I am always running around doing school runs ect but when there home all day every day with there sweets and stuff I really struggle. On the topic of target weight I want to get down to 11 stone which I hope I can manage as then I will have a healthy bmi but won't be too slim although I would love to be 10 stone 13 just to say I was in the 10 stones something I haven't been my whole adult life.

He he 3.5lb off for me this week! Not the 5.5 they had suggested the last few mornings! Scales decided to throw on 2lb on wi day! Thanks scales . But at least I got the 3lb that I put on last week off again!

New week now! New set of weeklies! Taking the boys out for the afternoon bow and a wee trip to mcdonalds! Will try and choose carefully
