Last year I was almost 13 stone, and I am 5 ft 4" . This year I am around 11 and a half stone, and I have the confidnece to wear clothes that I wouldn't have even considered last year. Not crop tops and stuff:p but nice slightly fitted tops, not the usual vest tops in 8 different colours that I still looked like a sack of spuds in.
I have bought a cami style top, and it's a bit fitted and I actually have a waist!!
This is what I need to keep me on track, I think in winter when I wear jumpers and stuff it sort of doesn't matter that I am a bit big, but then when summer comes I can't hide in my big jumpers.
I even got on the exercise bike last night and did some stomach crunches, I am determined to lose one more stone, and be able to wear nice clothes intead of shapeless ones.

Was on CD last year, lost 35lbs. I need to lose another 21 but haven't decided which diet to use yet
Well done to you! You have every right to feel so thrilled at being able to wear lovely fitted summery tops instead of our old favourite the vest top! ;):D

Well done, it's great to be able to buy different styles of clothes. I really look forward to being able to buy the clothes I want rather than what I can 'get away with'!
