NEW - Counting the cals to lose the pounds!

Hey all!

I've decided to try calories counting as a diet. I've tried Weight Watchers, Slimming World and have managed to lose some but I always seem to put it back on. With WW I found I was hungry all the time and with Slimming world I found I ate healthy but I don't like the 'eat as much as you like' part! I'm going to follow the SW rules but instead count the calories that I'm consuming. I have been doing it for 2 days already and I've eaten about 1400 on each day. Typical that I'm starting the thread on here on the day I'm having a Chinese takeaway! Will look for the healthy options.

Breakfast:

1 boiled egg - 70 cals
Branflakes - 97 cals
muller greek - 90 cals

Snacks:

2 Apples - 104 cals

Lunch:

Hoops and crosses - 84 cals
Turkey - 54 cals
EL mayo - 10 cals
salad
beetroot - 20 cals
muller - 99 cals

Dinner: CHINESE

Prawn Crackers 5 - 75

Chicken in Oyster Sauce (No idea on cals so will break down the meal)
2 x chcken breasts - 300 cals (280g ish)
oyster sauce - 50 cals
rice - 130 cals


Currently on about 1183 cals so if I round that up to 1400 without eating anything extra, that should be about right I guess! Unless anyone know the calories in takeaway meals??
 
Are you using an app for counting cals they help a lot.
