After being a ww member for a long time & trying a VLCD I decided last week to join sw. I weighed in at 16st 1lb & was shocked that I was over 16st. As Im only 5ft 2" that really isnt a good look for me. So far this week Ive found it ok. Its bn nice not having to weigh things but finding it hard to come up woth ideas for things to have for lunch. Need to get on the sw website more. Hibby is buying me a tablet tp make it easier to access & got me a second hand treadmill night as well so my goal is to complete the couch 2 5k on it & jog/run the race for life in May & the 10k with my hubby in September - fingers crossed xx. Hope my 1st weigh in goes well 2maro night : )
