New Find & Warning!

Discovered sugar free marshmallow's in sainsbury's... 2.5pts for the entire packet! [Which is huge!] Yum Yum!

However, there was a small warning on the back that 'excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect'...

Thinking nothing of it, and eating the entire packet in the car on the way home [greedy cow, i know] turns out there's no 'may' about it... they do! I'll spare the details but next time i get them, i won't be consuming the lot in one sitting!

haha, yeah i'll live! Well and truly learnt my lesson!

Gemma these ones are made from artificial sweetner instead of pure sugar, so are a lot less points than the normal sort ~ they're sainsbury's own brand.
