As the other girls have said- the first couple of days are hard- it's to be expected really though. But give yourself another day or two and you'll wake up and not feel hungry!! it's fantastic when it kicks in.
Im on week 4 now, and have lost 1stone 2already.. Another 4 to go!! hehe.. it will be worth it!
Black coffee has been a life saver for me- mainly when im out , say for a meal or drinks with friends/family. sitting with a coffee in front of you somehow makes it less painful than just water! i managed to stay away from free champagne last week, and my aunts 50th family meal at a really lovely rest. man it was hard- but when you go for your weigh in, and you see and feel the results , you feel proud that you managed another week 100%.
Im hoping that i can do this diet without cheating or slipping up once. its a good lesson that we can and do have control over our weight, and how much food we put into ourselves- retraining for when we reach our goal!! also another thing ive learnt is that i can function perfectly normally on such little food which is also a good lesson for me!
