Hi all! I'm Laura and just stumbled across this app while I was trying to find a Cambridge diet one!!

On day 2 of the Cambridge diet. Feel good did body balance at the gym earlier! Just want to eat!! Not hungry just want to eat! Totally different things!!

Anyways I look forward to getting to know you all!! And loosing 3 stone!

hi laura and :welcome: to the forums! Everyone on here is fab, very friendly and there is loads of support and advice available. You may have already found it but there is a forum on here for those following the Cambridge Diet - it may be worth having a look!

hi laura,
i often find i have the WANT to eat, evan tho im not hungery.
i find that if you geta hobbie (iv started knittin and crocheting) if i find i WANT to eat i just pick up my knittng needls and it keeps my mind focused and my hands busy.

GOOD LUCK losing the lbs xx
