Breakfast: Fruit salad with mullerlight yoghurt (banana, orange, apple)
Lunch: Baked Beans on 2 x WW bread (1 x laughing cow cheese instead of butter)
Dinner: Mushroom Stroganof (home made by boyfriend) didnt look too bad, just had that no rice.
Snacks: 2 x satsumas

Syns: Unknown due to stroganof!!

Breakfast: Porridge made with skimmed milk
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans and 1 x laughing cow cheese
Dinner (will be): Homemade tomato soup and 2 slices of ww bread
snacks: satsumas, skips (4 syns), banana

Syns: 4

Any advice from anyone to make it more exciting?!?!?

Also walked for 3 miles (to and from work)

Breakfast: Porridge (HEX B) made with skimmed milk (HEX A)
Lunch: Jacket potato with beans and 1 x laughing cow cheese (1 or 1.5 syn depending on whether light or extra light)

Dinner: Poached eggs and beans on WW bread (HEX B)
snacks: satsumas, skips (4 syns)

Hope you don't mind me saying, but personally i woud be starving only eating the above. Remember SW isn't a get slim quick diet its a healthy life style so ask yourself would i be happy to only eat the above for the rest of your life.

If you worried about over eating - dont be, sw is really low fat and the more you eat the more you loose weight (no idea why but def works). This means have enough syns to - remember you can have between 35 - 105 syns a week (use them & enjoy them!)

Thanks for the comments, I would apprecaite any feedback at all. I agree that I have dropped a lot of food now I have started SW again.
I am not that hungry - but as you said can I seriously see myself only eating that FOREVER!!

I think I need inspiration!! Lunch and breakfast are fine really - its the eve meal I struggle with x
