Hi everyone, just found this forum when i was doing a google search and thought it looked like a good place to help keep me motivated. I'm aiming to lose around 1 1/2 - 2 stones, i don't know if that is alot or not as i haven't spent long enough on the forum to see what everyone elses goals are.
Long and short of it is my weight has been creeping up and up and now i have decided enough is enough. I exercise 3 times a week in the gym, it's my addiction to take aways that let me down!

Anyway enough about me, i hope to get to know some of you while we tackle our vices together!
