I'm doing the extra easy rather than red days and green days so you can have meat, veg and potatoes in the same meal and things like chilli, spaghetti bolognese etc. u can have as much lean mince and as much pasta, rice etc. And the sauces are mostly tomato based with herbs etc.. This means you can have as big a pirtion as you want so you won't be hungry then you have upto 15 syns a day which is for things like extra bread, cooking ingredients such as oil or just for normal treats, chocolate, alcohol etc.. I've got about 3 and 1/2 stone to lose and want to do it asap, I'm just about a size 14, not far off a 16 trousers probably so sounds similar to you and I'm assuming you need to do it asap for your wedding!! Wish I had such a great goal to motivate me!!
