Hiya, have you not been told to do the extra easy option 1st of all?? I started in September and not having done red or green days I found them really hard to do but then I read up about extra easy and it literally is extra easy to do! No weighing or measuring! So simple, you do think how can I be loosing weight when your plate is so full but you do! I would definitely recommend it :eek:) hope this helps x

Are you joining a local meeting or trying it at home? I'm joining a class tomorrow night and am planning on doing the extra easy mostly, no weighing which I'd great compared to ww!! Everyone says that you'll never be hungry with extra easy and you can have meat and carbs at the same time! I've already made a syn free roast dinner which was lovely!! Just syns for the gravy.

Hi thx for ur msg I'm not joining the club cos its abit hard with partner working all different hrs and my children are 3 and 7 so it makes it abit difficult but I've just gone and bought loads of quorn meat free so any recipes I would be greatful for has I need to lose 2/3 stone for my big wedding day in June so I won't buy my wedding dress to I've started to lose weight :( has im a tight 16 but would love to be in a size 10.

I'm doing the extra easy rather than red days and green days so you can have meat, veg and potatoes in the same meal and things like chilli, spaghetti bolognese etc. u can have as much lean mince and as much pasta, rice etc. And the sauces are mostly tomato based with herbs etc.. This means you can have as big a pirtion as you want so you won't be hungry then you have upto 15 syns a day which is for things like extra bread, cooking ingredients such as oil or just for normal treats, chocolate, alcohol etc.. If you are interested in extra easy I have got some information I could email to you if you wanted? I've got about 3 and 1/2 stone to lose and want to do it asap, I'm just about a size 14, not far off a 16 trousers probably so sounds similar to you and I'm assuming you need to do it asap for your wedding!! Wish I had such a great goal to motivate me!!

Hi thx for msg and thx yea it would be nice if u would send me the info for ee meals has I do like my meat lol but I've bought sum meat free quorn I do need to use first my email is [email protected] anyway have u got a date ur hoping to lose ur weight by ? And I hope it all goes well for u. X

I completely agree with everyone above, Extra Easy is so easy to follow and the recipes options are amazing.
Have you had a nose throught the recipes section in the slimming world part of the forum? xxx

Hi I'm new to the site but i have done slimming world before so i only understand red & green days so extra easy is new to me anyway good luck

Hi Emma, I have sent you an email, have you got it? I haven't got a date to lose the weight by but I do have a wedding in June and losing about 2 or 3 lbs a week I should easily be able to do it by June if I stick at it!! x

hi IreneH and thx u for ur post im still trying to work sw recipes out at moment has today i had morning 1 wholemeal slice of toast with little light butter but only a little with a actimel yogurt 0.1 fat and lunch 1 wholemeal toast with 2 scrambled eggs and dinner salmon cooked in my george foreman grill with mixed salad and sw chips i hope i done it all rite. x
