Hiya everyone im new to slimming world and have the 2011 books, i just wondered if i have to pick a green red or orange diet to follow or is iit you have to have green red and orange n different days or do i just pick one to follow? thanks xxx
It's entirely up to you. You can stick to one, or have a change when you feel like it. The advice is usually to choose just one for your first week so that you can get your head around it properly. If you're veggie the green days will probably suit you better. If you like meat and pasta/ rice etc try the ee. I think this is the easiest, but everyone finds the one that suits them. Happy eating!
