Hi fellow CD dieters!!

I'm currently on week 2 of the CD, I started on step 2 for 1 week as my BMI was too high then this week I'm on ss! I was very happy to lose 9lbs in the first week and this week's weigh in is on Friday.....(according to own scales I've lost 5lbs - so a stone so far!).

I have about 6 more stone to lose to get a healthy BMI but will ultimately see how I look as I get nearer and nearer my goal!

Ive been drinking about 3 litres of water a day and notice that if i check for ketones with dipstick it's hit and miss....is this cos of the water intake?

Any one who'd like to be buddies with me please do :)

I know what you mean about the ketones...my advice is just go with it...if youre sticking to the diet then youre most likely in ketosis.
I am doing ss+ and have lost 1st 9lbs in 5-6 weeks which I am happy with. I as yet don't have a goal, I reckon I will carry on until I lose the will to live...or get down to a reasonable weight or I feel good about myself.
