I started dieting on my own just eating healthy and using the cross trainer 5 times a week, only had 2lb weight loss since i started last week, i did fall off the wagon on saturday, im gutted but got right back to normal the next day. I'm currently 12 st 4lbs and aiming to be 9 st 2lbs by febuary, i joined this site hoping seeing other peoples success stories and having people to talk to when i dont think i can do it etc. Also i havent got a pic or anything at the moment as it wont let me for some reason but i will sort it out soon hopefully.
