    Hi everyone,
    Well I have been going to slimming world now for 2 months and have lost 15lbs so far, am feeling very pleased with myself, but have got stuck and for the last 2 weeks I have not lost anything.... I have changed the foods around as well as I'm not just eating the same thing all the time. Can anyone give me some advice as to how I can start the weight loss again... thanks :wave_cry:

    i think somethimes our bodys get used to all the healthy foods that we put in and then tend to hold on to all excess fat in our bodys for some reson...

    ive found when this happended to me when i did s.s before what i did was have a few extra syns with something which contains a high amount of fat and it kick starts your metabolism again!!

    It gives your body something to work with again!!

    I only do this when i struggle at the scales after i no ive been 100%

    Have you got your food diary from the first week? If so and you had a good loss, then repeat it. Are you weighing your HE's, measuring your spoons of salad dressings/spread? Which plan are you following? If you can post a diary we may be able to spot something.
