New meal idea - just used - lovely

    weight watchers (points)
    chicken,ham,pasta and garlic bake !:D
    serves 2 - 15points for a whole dish

    7.5points each!

    2x chicken breast
    30g of wafer thin ham
    50g pasta
    20g bisto cheese sauce just the granuales
    (for one more less point use w.w creamy chicken soup)
    15g garlic puree
    200g potato
    20g of low fat cheese (good for you asda cheese)

    cook chicken breast in grill - then put pasta on

    whilst that is cooking - cut your ham up in samll pieces and you potato up in scallops

    fry light your scallops and once there cooked add 5g of garlic puree on top and leave to warm - and make your cheese sauce with bisto cheese sauce just add hot water

    then cut chicken up in small pieces and drain pasta - then add chicken,pasta and ham to oven proof dish then mix in your cheese sauce

    then add the potato on top of pasta -and sauce then on top that add the rest of your galic puree and greted cheese!

    put in grill or oven till brown!

    i think i add salad on the table too!
