i think you are going to do fantastic. visualising yourself slimmer and all that is a really good idea. xx
 
Well today Ive done OK..

Breaky- Nothing

Lunch- 2 quorn sausages, beans, 2 poached eggs, bacon with the fat cut off, 2 slices of small warburtons bread with butter

Tea- Shepards pie made with extra lean mince, low fat butter for the mash and reduced fat cheese.

Healthy A- Reduced fat cheese
Healthy B- 2 Alpen light bars.

I feel like I havent done too well today because of my 2 slices of bread with butter and the butter in the mash for shepards pie.

My weigh in is Thursday ill let you know how I get on.. Hope to god ive lost something otherwise ill be gutted! x
 
lost 3.5 in my first week :) Over the moon with that x
 
WELL DONE, thats excellent! isn't great to have the first 1 over and done with to motivate you for the next one? keep on trucking xx
 
Thanks alot :) I feel more confident already and I know you cant tell ive lost weight yet lol but I feel motivated and strong.. usually id be getting fed up already but im just full of ideas its great xx
