Just joined today so i thought i would drop by and say hello.
I am 53 yr old lady from Birmingham and currently attending Slimming World which i started feb 2010 @18. 2.1/2 and now i am 15.5.1/2 still a long way to go but i am determined .
My weight may have not come off very fast but i can say i don't really deprive myself and i think that is the reason why i have stuck with it.
I have had a look at the inspiration slide show on here and have to say you have all done fantastic so well done!
