Im Hannah, been browsing the forum for a while so decided to join. I did slimming world 4 years ago and lost 3 stone, unfortunately I put it all back on again as I started uni to train as a midwife. Im 27 and been overweight all of my adult life so really need to do this. Plus my best friend is getting married next year and really want to wear some nice clothes in a normal size.

Currently on a break from uni so I have decided enough is enough and this weight needs to go. Ive had enough of being this big and now I have some more time to myself, I am going to try and lose 8 stone in total. Cant think that far ahead so im doing a stone at a time. Joined SW end of April this year and to date i have lost 1 stone 2 pounds. Im have begun exercising and am doing between 30 minutes and 1 hour most days. Been doing an exercise DVD or wii fit. Walking my kids to school instead of the car as well.

Enjoyed reading other peoples diary for some inspiration as getting bored of eating the same stuff.
