Hi everyone!!! Been an avid reading since i joined SW about 5 weeks ago and now 12lb lighter with about another 2 1/2 stone to go. Really enjoyed reading all the threads and got some good tips but just thought i would pass one of my tips on as i had my best week ever so far last week loosing 4lb. For Sunday dinner i bought a bag of asda extra special butter marabel potatoes thought i would cook them t see how they tasted for mash without butter. WOW was lovely with a bit of salt n pepper t taste n no need for butter or even milk. Also changed my daily 4 bottles of diet coke n cups of tea with milk for tea with fresh lemon n sweetner really refreshing n im far less bloated.also ad a few diet energy drinks last week n bin walking the dog more.E/e day today n will b doing lovely mash again cant wait.
 
i stick yog in mine and onion granules they are the shiz
