I've decided to start a food diary on here to keep me motivated so wish me luck!
 
Breakfast - 30g weetabix minis and 100ml of skimmed milk

Lunch - chicken wings and a big salad and piri piri sauce (1syn)

Tea - Burger with sw chips and nando sauce (1 syn) and a side salad

Celebrating the birth of my son tonight with some relatives so I'll have a few glasses of champers!
 
Breakfast - 2 turkey rashers, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans

Snack - apple

Lunch - jacket potato and cottage cheese with chilli flakes

Snack - hobnob biscuit (3.5 syns)
Nescafé cappuccino sachet (4 syns)

Tea - creamy Philly pasta with mince and mushrooms (4 syns)
 
He's three weeks old and thank you! He has a cold at the moment so hardly have anytime to plan and make my food! I'm going to do a weekly plan for next week to help me :) xxx

Aww proper newborn lol.. my youngest is 2 now...they grow up so fast.
I would def recommend a weekly food plan....that's how I used to keep on track.. good luck x
 
Doing the October challenge and cutting out some carbs!

Breakfast - 30g weetabix minis with 100ml skimmed milk, an apple

Lunch - seasoned steak with a big salad

Tea - went to prego for tea with oh, had prawns in a tomato and chilli sauce
For main I had a tomato chicken with vegetables

Snack activia yoghurt
 
Been great today because not had time to eat because of babs!!

Breakfast - 3 turkey rashers and scrambled eggs

Lunch - mushy pea curry (only had half because the babs wouldn't settle!)

Tea - seasoned steak with beansprouts and cabbage and soy sauce

Had no carbs today but surprisingly not hungry :)
 
Breakfast - all bran cereal and 100ml semi skimmed milk

Lunch - chicken salad with Louisiana hot sauce (don't know how many syns the hot sauce was so ill put down 5 syns, even though there was only a little bit)

Tea - chicken cacciatore with roasted veg
 
Well done on your first week weight loss. I have a baby as well, he is 12 weeks old now and so far have not been too successful in restarting my slimming world journey. Are you breastfeeding? I am finding it really hard to eat more healthily with the breastfeeding as I just crave chocolate! It was the same with my other 2.

Aww congrats!! Unfortunately I'm not breastfeeding, my baby was in neonatal for 9 days and they started him on bottle then wouldn't take to my breast!

Breakfast - had nothing! The baby kicked up then i had an appointment to get my nails done

Lunch - chicken in a spicy tomato sauce with veg

Tea - salt and pepper chicken with stir fry veg

Snack size flake (5syns)
Activia yoghurt
 
Been off track a little bit :( so giving it my all this week :D

Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
was really busy the baby so only had time to grab a piece of fruit so I had a plum

Lunch at a friends house so I had home made tomato and parsnip soup (they assured me it was healthy!) followed by some cold meats and a salad with balsamic dressing (i'll put down 5 syns to cover myself)

Tea wasn't feeling too good so had a piece of chicken with a spoonful of spaghetti and a tbsp of nando garlic sauce (0.5 syns)

Total syns 5.5

Lunch Jacket potato, gammon, mushy peas and brown sauce 1 syn

Tea chicken and vegetable madras with boiled rice 8 syns

Brunch
Bacon & mushroom salad - lettuce leaves, peppers, onions and cucumber with 1 tbsp pesto mixed in 4 syns


Tea
Smash chicken with salad and 1 tbsp chilli sauce 1.5 syns

Snack
went to the cinema and on the way home, the OH stopped off at mcdonalds and couldn't resist getting 3 chicken selects! Could have done more damage! 12.5 syns

Lunch cajun spiced chicken, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, fat free french dressing

Tea rump steak, jacket potato, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms with home made garlic sauce

Lunch Jacket potato, tuna, salad and home made garlic dip. Followed by a pear

Tea ​Cajun Philadelphia pasta with chicken, mushrooms and spinach. Followed by a bowl of strawberries and sweetener

Breakfast All bran with skimmed milk and strawberries

Lunch beef strips with stir fry veg, soy sauce & chilli flakes

Tea roast dinner - roast chicken, carrot & turnip, peas, Savoy cabbage, potatoes and gravy (7 syns - was at the in laws and she used oil to cook her potatoes)

Snack - bag of crisp (6.5 syns)

Total syns 13.5 syns
