new nere, but not new to lipotrim

hi all,
This is my second time doing lipotrim as i messed up after the first time and regained some of the weight. It was totally my own fault as I got stuck feeling sorry for myself and used sickness as an excuse also.
I'm glad to see that there is better support this time round and the chemist where I get it has addressed the issues of aftercare that were lacking also.
I weighed in at 192lbs/13.7st yesterday and have just taken my first shake now, so here goes, I can't wait to shed this baggage and feel free again.
