Hi, I'm a Rosemary Conley dieter
I've tried Slimming World before and it didn't work for me, so I thought I'd try this one and so far (fingers crossed) calorie counting and exercising has been working for me!
I'm not finding it really difficult at all thankfully. I don't drink huge quantities of milk so I save a lot of calories there.
18lbs lost in 5 weeks and 7in off my waist so far
My usual day is
B: Porridge (200kcal w/ milk)
L: Sandwich (max. 300 kcal) w/ low calorie crisps i.e. French Fries and Quavers (100kcal)
D: Something Quorn w/ potatoes or a ready meal (max. 500kcal)
S: Bowl of cereal (200kcal w/milk)
TOTAL: 1300kcal
I was worrying that I was eating too many ready meals but I don't eat much meat so it's quite hard to think of things to have for dinner. They're always low calorie ready meals so I'm hoping that's okay.
