Hi everyone,

I was a member on here a good few years ago now when I was a member of weight watchers. I am now on a vlcd journey, for a few months at least. I get married in 7 weeks, i'd like to have a lost a chin for the photos lol.

7 weeks to lose, SnS say an average of 1st per month.

Plenty of time to lose that chin...however have you thought of your fitting of your dress if you lose to much weight?
On my wedding day I didn't realise I had lost much weight much it made a difference to the fit which meant my maid of honour had to keep tighten me up ...

All in all...SnS is fantastic, being a 100% sure does pay off. I am sure you know by reading many diaries.
