hey i just saw these today and wondered what syns they are i was hoping free as the tikka and bbq ones are free! new quorn roast style sliced fillets thanks!

no i dont think so they are called
quorn roast style sliced fillets 140g
they say new on them as well any ideas?

you'll need to post the nutritional info so someone can plug it into the syn calculator. There are so many new quorn products coming out it's getting a bit ridiculous!

I've seen them in Tescos, and Asda, the bigger tescos though, the small one up here didn't have them

[I dont spend all day in various supermarkets, I just vary my route home ]
