My new rule is:
if i am on the computer i am only allowed to consume water. I often eat aimlessly whilst on the computer without even thinking what i am putting in my mouth. If i am really hungry I must leave the PC, get something to eat and then not return to the computer until it is finished. Watch this space for the results !! Should be interesting over the nest few weeks as i have a couple of essays to write on a very difficult emotional subject xx

My OH is a bit naggy (is that a word??) about not eating at the computers anyway, o that helps me to not do the mindless munching at the computer LOL

my new rule is going to be the only thing i am allowed to snack on after my dinner is a fruit smoothie (which i know are not on the plan, but i eat them and still loose weight regardless.)

Good thinking Batman! I'm a grazer too and quite often get temptations just by reading these pages!! Saying that, I just ate my breakfast whilst sat here haha.
