Morning all, I'm new, well sort of, I'm a browser!

By day I run an extremely successful bakery single handedly, being bubbly and happy and confident, but I don't need to explain how I'm really feeling underneath, I know you all understand the secret tortures I'm putting myself through.

Quick summary as an intro, I'm 25, I'm getting married in May, I work over 70 hours a week, and have absolutely no focus on what I'm eating. I can be hurting in the background constantly, but all my focus is on my work, as there are so many deadlines and literally constant work to be done in running the whole business myself.
With this in mind, I think eating only ready portioned meals will really help my weight loss, thus I am on Slim Fast, as I can consume quickly and don't have to think- and for my meals I have having ready meals by Tesco Light Options, in order to consume a reasonable balance of nutrition, as if it were up to me, it would be very unbalanced.

Just a bit of history to put the situation into perspective, I've tried Slimming World and Weightwatchers repeatedly to no avail due to the focus required. And also have a history of eating disorders and chronic depression, a situation I do not want to find myself in again after such a battle conquoring.
I am also in my first year of my ME being considerably less debilitating, but my muscles really don't handle much, where as my fatique is improving thanks to managing my own energy levels with my business.

I just want it gone, I don't want to feel so revolting standing next to my sister or mother anymore, occasionally feeling like I dont have to be the obligatory bubbly fat girl would be nice too!

I really needsupport to hold onto any chance of losing, as by nature I really am a takeaway junkie, and I have no willpower.

I've got a cupboard of ready bottled shakes, a can, a few meal chocolate bar jobbies etc, and fridge of ready meals, I feel prepared but worried about snacking. I should also consider exercise in some form, but what can i do very early in the morning before i start work at 6.30am and is compatible with my muscle problems?

Really feel like I'm reaching out to grasp a lifeline right now, I don't want to topple back into purging or anything damaging.
