Hi all, is anyone here on the working solution diet? I'm starting in January and wondered what sort of losses I can expect. I want to follow more like the Cambridge 810 with 3 shakes, a 200 calorie meal of protein and green veg and a small amount of skimmed milk per day for tea (which I cannot do without). Will it be better for me to do TFR for a few days to get into ketosis before adding food or will I be ok from the outset?
