well after losing 4st a few years ago i have gradually put it all back on plus abit more but yesterday was the day i decided to change around my life again. i got alot of information and charts etc for me to fill in. started the day off with a few cherios with semi skim milk and for dinner had peas,carrots,swead,cabbage,parsnip, colliflower,brockly and a few boiled potatoes and half a cup of rice with chopped tomatoes bit of chilli powder and onion. also took the dog for 2 x 30min walks. today i had 2x weetabix for breakfast and low fat soup for dinner and half a cup of boiled rice with chopped tomatoes for tea. and just about to go walk the dog again. i have written down measurements of my body etc set goals and targets i just need to fetch a set of scales tomorrow so i can weigh myself weekly now sure which ones yet. im not on any specific diet so not sure where i should be posting i just want to eat less and better and do excersice. any and all advice will be much aprechiated. im doing this with my partner who im sure will also create her own diary and where both looking to lose 100lb in total each.
