new start and a new me for 2009

well after losing 4st a few years ago i have gradually put it all back on plus abit more but yesterday was the day i decided to change around my life again. i got alot of information and charts etc for me to fill in. started the day off with a few cherios with semi skim milk and for dinner had peas,carrots,swead,cabbage,parsnip, colliflower,brockly and a few boiled potatoes and half a cup of rice with chopped tomatoes bit of chilli powder and onion. also took the dog for 2 x 30min walks. today i had 2x weetabix for breakfast and low fat soup for dinner and half a cup of boiled rice with chopped tomatoes for tea. and just about to go walk the dog again. i have written down measurements of my body etc set goals and targets i just need to fetch a set of scales tomorrow so i can weigh myself weekly now sure which ones yet. im not on any specific diet so not sure where i should be posting i just want to eat less and better and do excersice. any and all advice will be much aprechiated. im doing this with my partner who im sure will also create her own diary and where both looking to lose 100lb in total each.

these are my goals

1. Lose 10lb by 4th February
2. Lose 1 stone by 18th February
3. Lose 20lb by 11th March
4. Lose 2 stone by 25th March
5. Lose 30lb by 1st April
6. Lose 3 stone by 13th may
7. Lose 50lb by 10th June
8. Lose 4 stone by 1st July
9. Lose 60lb by 15th July
10. Lose 5 stone by 19th august
11. Lose 80lb by 23rd September
12. Lose 6 stone by 7th October
13. Lose 90lb by 28th October
14. Lose 7 stone by 25th November
15. Lose 100lb by 2nd December
16. Get to 9st 10lb for holiday in cancun
