New Start and shop

I too use the bog standard olive oil for frying. not yet tried to make my own salad dressing have been using mayo. I am sure the novelty of that will wear off soon so will start to experiment more.

On the plus side, just ate the 3 planned meals yesterday. Was pleasantly full so didnt feel the need to snack (for the first time in a long while) feeling smug cos enjoyed the fat.
