I'm looking to start exante to get ready for my wedding. I did the Cambridge diet before and got on really well with it but it looks a little pricy for me now.

How similar are cambridge and exante?

Very similar except with Cambridge you visit a counsellor who will do your weekly weigh in xxx

Thank you! I'm looking forward to it, I hope I don't end up cheating due to no weigh in though. I am thinking if I update on here then looking forward to doing that is enough to make sure I behave!

I am really looking forward to getting healthy again.

I did really well last time and quite enjoyed how easy I found the diet, you don't really have to think with a VLCD!
