:p hi all i am hoping to loose at least a stone for june .. my holidays, i have struggled to loose weight due to an operation i had in january so am not that active and at the moment off work so i have to much time to think about food, i am going to try to write my diary down everyday to help me, so if there is anything wrong let me know, i am used to the old point system, but love the idea that fruit is free.
