    Hi,

Coming off CD and looking to start Exante at the beginning of July, will be ordering the Bumper Pack (£99) for 4 weeks, is this the most cost effective way of ordering Exante? Im a single mum of 1 so every penny counts hence why paying £40 pw for CD was getting too much!
Im assuming from the Exante website that Il be having 3 shakes per day the same as CD? Are the rules the same regarding tea, coffee and 2.25ltr water per day?

Hi Plumjuice, yep 3 packs a day, shakes, soups and bars although I am only shakes and soups. They recomend 2-4 litres a day and yes this is the most cost effective way of doing it.

welcome to this forum by the way we hope you can join us.
