New starter - Food help!!

I know they do the same for me and they work just as well if not better nearer the 45g. It's also to do with having a healthy body . Depriving your body of essential fats is NOT good long term

can you show me an example of a day on your plan just so I can see what you can eat and get the 45g of fat following the 5% rule. I don't see how I could??
