Hello my Names david
I did Lipotrim two years ago for just over a month and lost 2 stone!
However since i met my partner and my life has taken an upwards turn ive ballooned from 15 and half stone (really skinny for me, i think my skeletons a heavy one) to an atrocious 19 and a half stone!
Ive put on double what i lost!
I intend to start Lipotrim again in the new year (when i can save some money) and i believe i will find the diet easier this time!
My situation has changed, ive moved out from home (which was SOOOO tempting to drop the ball last time as my parents always had a fridge full of food), so i know i can remove temptation from the midst! My partner is VERY supportive so i know ill be getting all the help i need there!
My only worry is that i may only be able to do the diet properly for 9 weeks (Money etc)
HOW on earth will i be able to keep this weight off?
I dont wanna put any weight back on!!
Do i go sraight onto the weight watchers?
Or slimming world?1!
