NEW STARTER....Some advice please??

#1
Hello my Names david

I did Lipotrim two years ago for just over a month and lost 2 stone!

However since i met my partner and my life has taken an upwards turn ive ballooned from 15 and half stone (really skinny for me, i think my skeletons a heavy one) to an atrocious 19 and a half stone!

Ive put on double what i lost!

I intend to start Lipotrim again in the new year (when i can save some money) and i believe i will find the diet easier this time!

My situation has changed, ive moved out from home (which was SOOOO tempting to drop the ball last time as my parents always had a fridge full of food), so i know i can remove temptation from the midst! My partner is VERY supportive so i know ill be getting all the help i need there!

My only worry is that i may only be able to do the diet properly for 9 weeks (Money etc)

HOW on earth will i be able to keep this weight off?

I dont wanna put any weight back on!!

Do i go sraight onto the weight watchers?
Or slimming world?1!

Welcome to the forum and best of luck on your LT journey...

It really is a personal choice.. Some people do it on their own, maintaining and others join a club.... If you allow 1 week for a refeed, that means you will be on LT for 8 weeks, and there is a chance you could lose 4 stone in that time.. There are many blogs on here of men that have been very successful so it might be worth reading them to help you...
Personally i am refeeding, having Xmas as usual, and joining Weight Watchers in the New Year.. Apparently their new ProPoints plan is being given good reviews..
Good luck with whatever you decide.

Hi David, best of luck with LT in the New Year. I think that as you go through your weeks of LT you'll have plently of time to think about how to keep going after, there are a lot of threads about it and a lot of people successfully doing it. Don't be stressing yourself just yet about that anyway, right now just focus on keeping control over Christmas so you don't add more to what you have to lose, just enjoy yourself in moderation and then hit LT in January with full force and determination...you'll do great...:)
