Hi everyone! Have really enjoyed reading your comments regarding your success with the LL programme. I have been waiting a week and a half to start and it's murder, as I'm in the strongest frame of mind I have ever been to get rid of this weight.

I'm 27, have 2 children and gained my weight after the birth of my second child 6.5 years ago. I've had many failed attempts with many different types of treatment and diets and am so excited about wearing trendy clothes and not being an old frump before my time.

Any ideas what I can expect from my first session? I hope I don't lose this motivation once I start feeling rubbish the first few days. I will keep reading your comments, please keep posting because they are VERY inspirational.

Hi Kaalin

I am sure you will be just fine. And judging by your state of mind, I am sure you will cope with the first week of feeling alittle out of sorts. Just be aware that it may happen ( I was lucky had hardly any symptoms) Take an aspirin if you have a headache, and stay near a loo :)
Once you have had your first weigh in and you see the weight coming off it will keep you motivated.

Good luck and keep posting to let us know how you are getting on.

Hi thanks for your welcomes. It all went well, photos taken, measurements taken, etc. I'm REALLY excited but nervous as this is a last resort I'm so frightened of failure. Can you believe, my neighbour was at the class too. We both think it's good cos we can share lifts and also support each other. Ooooh I'm so on a high, how long will this last???! haha :D
