new starter

Hi all I am starting CS next monday, I want to lose about 3 stone in total. Just wanted some tips and advice about this diet. I have done a vlcd before called W8 for life, very similar although on w8 you arent allowed any snacks whatsoever like you are on this. Thats why i quite fancy doing CS cos at least you can have an apple or an orange if your a bit peckish. What other snacks are allowed on this diet and what sort of foods can you have for your evening meal? Does anyone know where i could get a list from? Also how much weight can i expect to lose on this diet, is it around a stone a month?

A few of us started this Monday so you'll not be far behind us.

My best advice is to spread the water, milkshakes, snacks & the dinner though out the day evenly then you won't feel hungry. I'm on Day 3 & don't feel hungry at all. I'm a bit more tired but it's juts my body getting used to the lower calorie diet.

For the evening meal, you can have any lean meat with lots of Garden Salad. You could also have an Omelette if you fancy somethign different.

If you ahve a look through this forum, I'm sure you'll find some good meal ideas. I spent time going through to get snack & meal ideas so I don't get sick of eating the same foods all the time.
